Good location for access to the vatican and Trastevere without being super busy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is very clean and the whole place is well maintained.
The view from the balcony, but this is nothing that can be controlled by the owners, plus it's still a nice outdoor space to relax.
