Location, cleanliness, presentation, outdoor area, size is good for a family, absolutely beautiful house in an amazing location.

Liked the location and proximity to the beach. Enclosed garden for our dog.

The property is nice. Location is what you pay a premium for. Property not worth the price per night. (linen and pet fee additional). Have stayed local for less with more included. No special touches. Cottage was tidy, but not clean. If guests are expected to wash and pack away cutlery and kitchen crockery prior to departure, then the cleaners should inspect as we had to wash everything prior to own use. Pans need replacing as seen better days. Peddle bin recommended in the kitchen, as having to touch a bin is highly unhygenic. BBQ gas pipe has a rusted large hole to the left plate side, meaning excess gas being pumped through and potentially dangerous when igniting. Too many rules, wasn't easy to relax for fear of missing/forgetting to do the whole list of things required before departing the property. Had to take rubbish home for fear of getting charged for leaving it in the bin. Only one towel provided for a four night stay. We had no hot water for our first day, although this was remediated, there was no apology or token gesture for the inconvenience. House smelt very damp. Considering we are experiencing a pandemic of COVID the property required a deep clean and attention to detail. Property has potential but just isn't there yet. Note on fridge from previous guest with similar complaints. Would not stay again unless the above is rectified.
