The location is close to the beach, 2 min walk. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, dishes, microwave, stove, coffee maker, washing machine.
As for the minuses, they should insist on cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen, especially where you put the dishes to dry. Also, the pillows should be changed, which are not the most comfortable, and the sofa should be sanitized, it's a bit dirty.
Otherwise, everything is ok.
