Shankara Borobudur

The room was really comfortable, and the hotel is surrounded by lots of food places and mini marts, so it was super easy to find food just by walking around Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good service 👍

There were a few things missing. A basic thing like a hair dryer should’ve been provided, but there wasn’t one in the room. Another thing is the room lock system from inside.. you still need to use the physical key even when locking/unlocking from inside the room. I think this could be inconvenient during emergencies like a fire or anything unexpected while sleeping, because it may slow people down from getting out quickly

Location was great about 1 km to Borobudur Temple. Room was clean and comfortable, the house keeping was great. Pool was clean and wide, deep about 1.2 m for adult and about 0.8 m for child. Wide parking lot.

The receptionist didn't recognize that we were from 18 to 21 March, because it is in 2 separate booking. It was because the same room type wasn't available n they change in booking.com then available :( The 3rd day, again, the other reception think we will check out. :( I don't think there's more unpleasant feeling than feel being kicked. We stayed 4 nights. During check in, we reserved ala carte breakfast to be ready on 19 at 7am, coz we will go on VW Trip at 8am. It wasn't ready until 7:40 and the waitress keep saying "because it is in a sudden" :( I think the management need an upgrade; seems they are not used to receiving more than 2 days guest.

The pool! The water was so pure and fresh, didn't feel chemical flavor. Our eyes were safe from chlorine. The pool length and width were perfect.

1) The bath room!. The bath room was just too big, and the way they placed the fridge and wardrobe within the bathroom was just so weird. The garden inside the bathroom didn't help either, didn't comfort us as we're afraid of insects, worms, and caterpillar. 2) The Wall in front of pool view room. The wall was just blocking our pool view from our terrace.
