It had a mouse in the bathroom, the toilets are old, there was no lid in the toilet and it was very disgusting to even go to the bathroom. The facilities should not even be allowed to have guests over for sanitary reasons. The bedroom is fine for 1 night

Absolutely nasty.

The location. Period.

The roaches in the bathrooms. The mold in the vents of the air conditioning unit. The two towels, that were more bathroom floor rugs than towels. The lack of hand towels in the bathrooms or floor towels. The leaky shower enclosures in the ratty bathrooms that left the floor wet for the next person. The toilets that sometimes had little water to flush THE LACK OF ANY STAFF AT THE LOCATION. (I saw the cleaning lady twice in seven days. But they only clean your room when you leave. THE TELEVISION THAT WOULD NOT WORK. The visible cobwebs in the room. THE CREEPY ATMOSPHERE AT THIS PLACE, especially the corridors and spooky ass kitchen. Only four hangers in the closet. Nowhere to hang the two ratty towels they gave me. How can I count the ways I was disgusted with this place.

Excellent location

The location is excellent and conveniently close to everything you need. The shower pressure was good, and having a kitchen was a nice addition. Although the bathroom is shared, you can lock the door for safety. We appreciate having easy-to-follow instructions for getting to the place. The room size was comfortable, and it felt safe to stay there.

The towels and bedding were stained but smelled clean. We initially received only one towel, but the next day, we were given more, which was an improvement. One bathroom is significantly nicer than the other and could use some tender loving care. Overall, the price feels relatively high for such a basic room.

Good location but noisy

Location. The communication with the owner was great: he gave us instructions about how to get in, etc.

Too noisy. Constant opening and closing doors from other rooms , front door ( right in front our room) and toilet. Noise from the street. The bathrooms ate not as the pictures and need upgrade, specially the shower.

Perfect location., good.price, don't expect hotel quality

Top location and flexible check in and out. Fast and good contact with host. Fine bed, quiet street. For the price I paid I did not expect much more.

Bathrooms should be checked. One door is really hard to lock and open again, other shower was missing a door and drain was not running off. So in a minute you are standing in high water.

Nearby the attractions and central market just right in front the door. Free wifi and netflix on the room

Toilet was dirty. 2 out of 3 toilets' drain were clogged and the floors are dirty. We stayed in a room for 4 people, but only have 2 place for power socket. Also, the wall was thin that I can hear people from other room

Fabulous location, near the market and all the sights. 20 minute walk to the station. Good value for money.

Shared Bathroom needed a makeover and no toilet paper. Kitchen was a mess and things taken from the fridge.

Not clean at all

Great location.

For the price that I'm payed I expected a lot more. It is nothing like the pictures. The rppms are ok, but nothing is clean, the bedsheets and towels look like they were uaed and not was after, the room is extremely hot and you can hear eveything from the other neighboors and the bathroom is shared and not clean at all. It is disappointing after the price per night and the photos, honestly for this price you can get something better in Valencia.

El pero BOOKING de mi vida. Quiero mi dinero completo de vuelta. Fue una estafa y merezco TODO!

No me gustó nada de este lugar. Es un sitio horrible; no se parece en nada a lo que muestran en las fotos. Es una estafa. No es higiénico, es casi peligroso tocar cualquier cosa en la cocina y en los baños. Además, justo después de que me quejara al encargado, desapareció la comida de mi nevera. Tardé tres días en buscar un nuevo alojamiento en Valencia, porque estaba todo muy congestionado por la cantidad de turistas que había, y conseguí un sitio maravilloso a través de Booking. No se trata de dinero, sino de que no estafen a las personas y que nadie pase lo que pasé yo.

Es un sitio totalmente deteriorado. La cocina es insalubre, da grima tocar cualquier cosa, las paredes están podridas, el tope del fregadero también, y los baños están sucios, bañarse allí es una auténtica asquerosidad. Limpiaron los baños después de que me quejara. Las paredes son de cartón y se oye todo entre las habitaciones.

Localización buena. Comodidad no. Días 1-2 máximo.

La cama y el cogín eran cómodos. Localización centrica, en zona antigua, al lado del mercado y a 6 minutos de la catedral y otros monumentos.

La ventana no cerraba bien y no aislaba mucho del frio. Solo habia nordico, sin mantas, ni sabana. Las paredes eran de papel y se escuchaba a los otros huéspedes.

El baño estaba en mal estado y resultó incómodo se sugiere aspectos a mejorar Además, no hubo servicio de desayuno, algo que sería un buen complemento.
