Awesome apartment

The location was great and included a parking spot in a warm basement. The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was perfect. Loved it!

The directions stated to leave the key in the apartment. However, if you're parked in the basement, you can't get to your car. Thankfully, someone in the building was leaving at the same time and let us in the garage.

Recommend!!

Our group of 3 enjoyed our apartment in Rovaniemi. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals and do laundry before continuing to travel. The apartment was clean and easy to access. The k market downstairs was very convenient and the shopping mall was close enough to walk to. The sauna worked well and was the main reason why we chose this place. Would definitely recommend if you need an apartment with 2+ bedrooms.

Location and it’s close to shop .

It’s bit dated. Not as it looks in pics. There was always strange smell when you enter. Tv was so small and dated and nothing works on it. No soap or shampoo.

Great for a family of 6 for a trip to Lapland.

The property was clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped. very quiet. The WiFi was quite good for a family of 6 using it even though some of the previous reviews on here were negative regarding WiFi. great facilities for a family trip to Lapland. Approx 5-6 minute walk to the Bus stop for Santa Claus Village.

We had a great time here. The apartament was in a great area, near to airport, city centre and a market just down stairs.. Also it was big, clean, nice, confortable, etc... We want to let you know, that the apartament it is managed by Safarctica, an amazing agency with great people. ( I think everyone that going to visit Lapland should try at list one experience with Safarctica) Heidi and Raul ar the best!

Spacious apartment but unreliable internet.

Spacious apartment in new building with elevator. Kitchen well equipped. Has a clothes washer and dryer as well as its own sauna. 5-minute walk to downtown and 15-minute walk to Arktikum. Convenience store downstairs is very... convenient.

Internet was slow and intermittent - many times the network signal disappeared completely. Beds and pillows too soft to our taste. Keys need to be picked up at management office, which adds an additional €10 to your taxi fare when arriving by train. Bathroom walls not too clean (mildew). Bedrooms very small in relation to overall size of apartment.

Nice appartement, good size and it was well equipped. Loved the car-parking in the garage. Very quit street and just a 5 min walk to the city centre.

It smelled like someone had been smoking in the appartement and the smell was significant during the hole stay. The appartment needed better cleaning - specially the sofa was full of chips and the door to the balcony was dirty. It was very hot in Rovaniemi during our stay, so it would be very nice if there was a fan in the appartement.

All you need for your stay at Central location

Clean and spacious apartment even for a bigger family. Instructions for late arrival and key pick-up made easy. You've got everything you could possibly need for your stay in rovaniemi, including sauna. Shop downstairs is fantastic bonus.

Great vacation with my family in a wonderful place.

Centrally located and spotlessly clean. the stuff were so much helpful and wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped, every thing is great t. The place is like 5 stars hotels., The building is very clean , , new and modern, all the services like restaurants and shopping centers is near and around. highly recommended +++++

No vam poder entrar i vam haver se buscar alternativa d’allotjament.

Haviem de recollir les claus a la caixa de seguretat a les 16h. A les 17:30 encara no hi eren. Vam haver de buscar un altre allotjament ja que no contestaven als telefons d’emergencia ni al correu. 3h mes tard ens diuen que ja està preparat l’allotjament. Vam perdre tota la tarda. No permet early check In.

Precioso apartamento para hacer excursiones desde Rovaniemi

La limpieza, lo bien decorado que está y que cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unos días. Con garaje cubierto incluido y a menos de 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y de Santa Claus Village

Todo estuvo perfecto, pero por poner una pequeña sugerencia de mejora: dejar las instrucciones en inglés de la campana extractora y del lavavajillas.

Sentirsi a casa

Consiglio di soggiornare in questa struttura a tutti! La casa è molto spaziosa, un grande salone con cucina fornita, due bagni (noi eravamo 6 quindi avere due bagni è stato ideale), due camere, la sauna e un balcone. Vengono forniti asciugami, sapone ed è possibile fare lavatrice e asciugatrice. Dentro casa si sta benissimo anche a maniche corte, c’è un piacevole caldo. L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro (negozi e ristoranti) e dall’ufficio Safartica per il ritiro chiavi con cui farai self check in. La casa si trova al secondo piano ma comunque comodo perché c’è l’ascensore per le valigie. Sotto c’è un market per ogni evenienza. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente!
