Santas duplex in the center

Ideal location, convenient to all amenities. Owner was very helpful and accommodating, responded promptly to our queries. Easy with early check in and got to keep our luggage extra hour post check out that was of huge help especially with children. Apartment was clean and also stocked some condiments and teas that was a nice touch.

The mattress in the bedroom was quite thin, also sinking in the middle for a night it’s okay but anymore, as we spend 5 nights was not very comfortable and same with sofa bed an fresh one would be better.

Location was good and close to shops and transportation. Communication with the host was easy. Apartment is equipped with sauna, which is nice after cold weather. Enough kitchen supplies. Great that there was a sled for children.

I did not like that there weren`t bed linen for one bed and no shower gel when we arrived. It was settled later after communication with the host. Despite of personal beliefs or habits in Finland, I don't agree that a tourist who is also a paying customer should be responsible for partial room cleaning that is taking out the garbage. Cleaning the room, including taking out garbage, should be the full hosts responsibility.

The place didn't cost us much, so for the price it's reasonable. We arrived at the building and then realized that we had to go get keys from the nearby supermarket. It would have been nicer if they had welcomed us and explained a little about the place. When we wanted parking, we were told to go to an underground place and pay for it, but we couldn't open the parking at all and the owner didn't answer. I understand he was on a flight, but there should be someone to answer. In the end, we parked the car somewhere else. The apartment is comfortable, the bed is a bit small but very comfortable, the bathroom is not luxurious at all. The balcony is closed so you can't see anything through it. For its price, it's okay, but if it had cost a lot more, I would have been upset.
