The apartment was clean and comfortable we just needed some where to stay overnight for the Queens funeral, and it was perfect for this, there is also a lovely supermarket next door .
The bins at the entrance could have been better, it makes the area look scruffy as they were all over flowing.

The location was pretty close to the tube so it was pretty convenient to get around. Plus the area was quiet at night so we could sleep really well. The property has pretty much everything you need, except the bed was on the soft side
The heater was not user friendly, it was very difficult to adjust the temperature. The property is at the highest floor of the building and it was very inconvenient to carry all the luggage up the stairs especially when you're travelling with the elderly.

The kitchen is very well equipped, comfy bed and sofa!
The heating. I struggled to get it warm enough and I was freezing the first night!

not clean. the heater was not working .door handle was broken .bed sheets were not clean and old. the bed was not comfortable
