Spacious Lower ground Studio Apartment with private patio near Warren Street

Absolutely they care about every details. Very good conditions, all set for a long stay in the apartment, very good wi-fi, great support for guests. I strongly recommend this place.

The cooker hood can be improved.

I recommend this modern apartment. Located in a good area. Very asy communication with the owner.

I missed a coffee maker, kitchen towels and napkins (it's just a personal opinion)

Spacious, private, excellent amenities, fantastic location

Location, very well connected with public transportation. Good Mexican place next door. Small grocery stores near by. Area was not too nosy/busy. Host agreed to give partial refund due to issues. Answered fast in the booking chat. The price value propsal was not bad.

The biggest issue was receiving the keys - the loxbox code was incorrect and the host did not pick up the phone, which number was provided with booking. As we are not from UK, we did not have the internet at first and we arrived late, so my husband had to run to local carrier to get sim-cards before the place closes (lucky that the flight was not late - he arrived there 10min before closing time). Host answered fast on the booking chat. But I, a young woman, had to wait for my husband with all our luggage in the dark London alley, it wasn't very nice. In addition, note that the apartment is in the basement, is very humid, has mold in bathroom (quite a regular sight in the UK unfortunately) and the kitchen cabinet doors were misaligned. Also note, that the bed is quite short (~170cm).
