Friendly and informative reception. Everything clear and concise. Our neighbors cat (Karamel) befriended us, we are cat lovers and loved the experience. Beauty of a beach (close) - loved the sound of the ocean close by, especially enjoyed our morning runs or throwing the ball for the local beach border collie ...

Die Lage der Wohnung war genial.
Mit direktem Blick, sogar aus dem Bett, auf den Atlantik.
Hoher Sicherheitsstandard, weil innerhalb einer b ewachten Anlage gelegen.
Abstand zum Meer keine 50 m.
Die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir konnten den Schlüssel nur bis 19:00 an einer zentralen Stelle abholen.(3-4 km entfernt von
der Wohnung).
Vor der Anreise wurden wir von der Vermietungsgesellschaft aufgefordert per E-mail , Bankdaten, Autokennzeichen usw. durchzugeben, um eine Sicherheitsleistung von € 50,- für etwaige Schäden zu erbringen. Ansonsten bekämen wir keinen Schlüssel. Das konnten wir dann, nach mehreren emails(während des Urlaubes), bei der Schlüsselübergabe regeln.

Staff made arrangement to collect keys around 15h00 and offered that we check out at 16h00.
Thanks.
Check in was too late as we arrived at around 10-11am and we had to hang around in Langebaan until book in time.
That is a loss of an entire day and inconvenience if you not feeling well or need ablutions.
Check in should be adjusted to earlier times.
