A fianco dell’esperienza di soggiornare in una grotta bellissima, c’è pure la jacuzzi in grotta e volendo anche altro. Tenuto tutto bene e in ordine. Un frigo a disposizione, cosa non secondaria con le temperature torride. Biancheria pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione con prodotti a km 0. Appena si esce e si fanno quattro passi ci si ritrova a camminare nella gravina, ammirando una piccola Matera in originale prima delle ristrutturazioni turistiche

Cortiletto esterno della camera/grotta chiuso da alto muro. Toglie un po’ di aria ma garantisce privacy, se si vuole fare un aperitivo in pace

We had a lovely big room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was so varied, delicious and far more than we could manage. The best, was Mario the host who was so obliging. Giving advice of what to see in the vicinity and every day we contacted him to ask for a suggestion for dinner. Not only did he recommend three very different restaurants, all of which were wonderful, but he also made the reservations for us. He could not have been more helpful

The owner, Mario, was a fantastic and attentive host. The room was spacious and nicely furnished with attention to detail. In addition to a great shower, there was a fabulous “spa bath/hot tub” - great after a hot day out walking! Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, with a great variety of home baked savoury and sweet cakes and fresh fruit.

As the room was a converted cave, lighting was atmospheric but a little low. The room was a little on the warm side - perhaps in part because of the large hot tub in the bathroom.

The location is perfectly situated next to the historical and archaeological sites in Ginosa! Beautiful panoramic views of the cave casas.

We found it very hard to leave the property and the fine hosts!
