Cute villa with a nice garden and a shared pool. We enjoyed the view overlooking the bay and a good position of the place to explore southern parts of the island.
Also the place was quite empty so we had a lot of privacy which was amazing.
Our host was nice, however the communication was largely around the house rules, fines in case the rules are not applied, including the deposit cash that is quite high, and not something we are used to having in Greece. We did not appreciate needing to pay advance through the bank transfer rather than through booking which is a lot easier.
The kids’ room is quite small, and the kitchen was not equipped as we would have expected, with minimum number of appliances and kitchenware.

Great location with fabulous views. We loved the big pool, lots of sunbeds. The villa was really well equipped too. The terrace was a great addition and nice to sit out on in the mornings and evenings.
The owners obviously take great pride in their villas, everything is very well looked after.
There were a lot of rules! We had to pay a cash deposit on arrival, which we didn’t mind, but we felt on edge all week in case anything was damaged! We were really careful when we used the ovens etc as we didn’t want to spend our last day cleaning , there was an €80 fine if the oven/microwave /fridge / hot plates (although they call it a bbq) etc weren’t clean on departure and they do do a thorough check before you get your deposit back !
