Arriva Villas

The property itself was fantastic, very spacious and had everything you might need for your stay. The pool was clean with a spectacular view. I loved all the outside seating areas, so many to choose from when you fancied a change. Lovely having a BBQ area which we used several times. As a couple we only used one bedroom but loved having his and hers bathrooms, it made getting ready much nicer. Felt so at home and would consider renting it again for longer and working from here too. A great base to tour the island from.

Just the drive up to the property. The video sent in double speed doesn’t really show the real condition of the roads but we accept that it is the same across much of the island. It meant that it was almost impossible to walk up in the heat so we drove up and down and sometimes chose to stay in and cook instead of driving. It looks like more properties are being built or developed on that hill so hopefully there might be some investment in improving the road quality.

The villa is luxurious and well-appointed, featuring a wonderful swimming pool and truly breathtaking views. It is sufficiently secluded from neighboring properties, creating a sense of a high-end private retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa is clean and well maintained. Many thanks to Stacy for her patience in answering all of my questions and for providing accurate and helpful recommendations. Special thanks also to Edi, who responded quickly to every request and resolved the occasional electrical issue that occurred during our stay, almost without any disruption to our vacation. The villa truly enhanced our vacation experience, offering peace, privacy, and stunning views that made our stay unforgettable. Following Stacy’s recommendation, we dined at a nearby traditional restaurant, Sto Roloi Grill House, which was simple, authentic, and incredibly delicious, perhaps one of the best meals we had during our trip.

Getting to the property can be a bit challenging due to the drive, but the villa and the spectacular views make it well worth the effort. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend adding a glass shower door to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, and ensuring that the showerhead is regularly descaled to avoid limescale buildup.

Our stay at Arriva Villas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the beauty and charm of the property. The villas are beautifully designed, blending traditional Greek aesthetics with modern amenities. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the gorgeous, panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and the lush green mountains of Lefkada was unforgettable. The facilities are Impeccable and excellent. The amenities inside the villa was top-tier, spotlessly clean, and designed for pure relaxation. The location was perfect. Nestled above the lovely village of Sivota, it offers the ideal balance of peaceful privacy while being just a short, convenient trip away from the charming local harbor, fantastic tavernas, and beautiful beaches. A special mention must go to the brilliant staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We cannot recommend Arriva Villas highly enough and are already counting down the days until we can return!
