Appartamento Fiore

Prettige locatie. Het oude centrum is makkelijk te bereiken met Tram 8. Het groene hart van Rome, Villa Doria Pamphili, is op 10 minuten loop afstand. In de avond kunnen je heerlijk genieten van het dak terras. De eigenaar beantwoord snel je verzoeken.

Het appartement en het dakterras was slecht schoongemaakt bij aankomst. Het ophangpunt van de douche was kapot. Er was een vieze asbak vol met peuken achtergelaten. De bedden waar niet opgemaakt.. Het appartement is verouderd en kan een liefdevolle opknapbeurt gebruiken.

This apartment boasts tons of natural light and a lovely rooftop terrace right outside the kitchen and living room! It's spacious and perfect for a couple with children, as the second bedroom features cute bunk beds! The building features a new elevator that gets you right up to the fourth floor. It's teensy, but it saves lots of steps! We found the neighborhood to be the perfect balance of quiet at night but lively during the day, with lots of eating and shopping options. The Gianicolense is a really nice part of the city, and transportation into the historic center couldn't be easier, with several bus lines running along the main avenue just steps away from the apartment. I would definitely want to come back, and soon!

The location was fantastic for us because it was very near to where our daughter lives; it was very accessible to public transport and not too far from central Rome, and the space in the apartment was good. Also there was very good, clear, thorough, information regarding entry and exit to the apartment. The host was very accommodating with information etc regarding getting to and from the airport etc, and the apartment was not too expensive.

It was pretty basic accommodation really, particularly the bathroom and kitchen, all quite old; the kitchen didn't matter for us, as we were only there for a few days and we didn't eat or do any cooking in the flat, or spend a lot of time there, however, the shower did not work well at all, so that was really very disappointing. I don't mind an old shower, as long as is works properly. And the terrace area wasn't particularly clean, if you wanted to sit out there etc. Also, there were only 2 of us, but had you had 5, as it is advertised to be able to accommodate, 2 people would need to sleep on the sofa in the loungeroom, which did also look quite old I'm afraid.
