The hospitality of the host, a lovely pool, well maintained atmospheric rooms, we also got a cute picnic set in case we would like to have a breakfast outside. The host is very attentive and simply kind.

Just one thing to be taken into account by travellers - rooms further from the road may be preferred.

Very good

The area was very nice and very well kept - lot of flowers, trees etc. around the property. The place is located in very small village and hotel is surrounded by vineyards. Bedroom was nice and spacious. Owners tried to help but language barrier is a bit of issue. Rooms are airconditioned and beds ok. Kitchen corner is small but ok to cook breakfast - other meals get a bit tricky. Be aware that there are rules in Italy to use swimming caps in the pool (not related to the hotel) but for us very unpleasant surprise.

There are way too many rules in this place - where to sit outside, where you can eat, drink, lot of cameras to surveillance you - not very holiday atmosphere. I do not recommend the place more than 3 nights since the apartment is relatively small to stay more nights (of course it depends what are your needs and how big is the family , we were 2 adults and 2 kids and it got crowded)- there are no balcony to sit outside , very small place to dry clothes but if you are travelling with kids there are many clothes to dry.

Cozy house in a garden with pool

It seems it was one of the best experiences I had in Italy: very cozy house, wide and aromatic garden, very nice pool. Signora Leda, the host, is very welcoming and nice, she arranged us gluten free breakfast. Multiple parks are at 10 min drive, a lot of activities nearby.

I wish we could stay longer! The pillow was slightly hard for me, but no one else from our family noticed the same.

Agroturismo Casa San Marco

A very nice villa. The yard is wonderful. Very clean, big and tidy. It was also very quiet. There is a huge vineyard and the owner showed us around. We liked the location a lot being very, very close to our points of interest: Gardaland, Parco Natura Viva, Sirmione, Peschiera, etc.

The kitchen was nice had a fridge and was acquitted. The parent room was spacious. Out side the pool and the garden was lovely. The host was very nice. Breakfast was really nice.

location of perfect, 10min from mist attractions nearby a supermarket coffee bakery and laundry suitable for a family and well equipped kitchen the staff is friendly and helpful and a nice small swimming pool for chilling

Beautiful home away from home. Quiet at the edge of Castelnuevo Del Garda

The appartment was just perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. Leda is very helpful and kind. The location is amazing, not in the middle of the busy garda towns and just 10 minutes drive from everything that's interesting. Very much recommended!!!

Beautiful property with spacious, airconditioned rooms. Swimming pool with large covered space for sunbeds. Breakfast was very good with bread, croissants, torte, corn flakes, juices and all sorts of hot drinks (although no fresh cheese or meats).

I found it a little bit pricy compared to other places where we stayed in the area, but the property was large and very well maintained indeed.

Perfect stay

Very nice place runned by wonderful people. Good breakfast. We didn't use pool and grill area beacuse we stayed out of the season, but the garden with the mentioned faclities looks great. Our absolute recommendation for Casa San Marco. Hope to stay there once again in the future.

Spokojne miejsce do odpoczynku

Lokalizacja wśród winnic, pięknie zagospodarowany teren, basen, miejsce do zrobienia grilla, zamykany bezpieczny parking. Jeśli ktoś szuka, bezpieczeństwa i spokoju to bardzo polecam. Dodatkowo co dla nas było bardzo istotne ośrodek akceptuje zwierzęta. Właścicielka jest bardzo miła i pomocna w każdej sprawie.

Het zwembad was heerlijk! De kamer waren ruim en met al het comfort voorzien. Ideale locatie om verschillende uitstappen te doen. Parking voor de deur!

Végtelenül kedves öreg pár, egy 1800-as évek óta a család tulajdonában lévő csodálatos, paradicsomi hely! Tökéletesen felújítva, gondosan ápolva és tisztán tartva! Sétáljatok mezítláb a márvány lépcsőn, és a szőlőtőkék között!! Imádtuk! A medence mennyei egy forró nap után.

Charmant !

La situation de l’hôtel est idéale, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du lac de Garde et environ 30 minutes de Vérone. Les chambres, dans le style d’une vieille maison italienne, étaient propres et vraiment charmantes. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Le décor au milieu des vignes est magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin avec barbecue, parfait pour passer de belles soirées conviviales.

Prachtig domein, appartement was heel netjes gepoetst. Goede locatie om het Gardameer te verkennen en Verona. En ook vlakbij Gardaland.

Zwembad slechts open tot 19u30 - maar het werd na dat uur toch wat fris dus dat viel wel mee.

Es war sauber, pragmatisch eingerichtet und geräumig, mit schönem großen Pool. Sehr gepflegtes, großes Gelände umrahmt von Weinreben. Die Fenster waren alle mit Fliegengittern versehen, so gab es keine Probleme mit Moskitos etc. 👌 Die Gastgeberin ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 👍☀️

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Die Besitzer sind wahnsinnig freundlich und vor allem unglaublich kinderlieb – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das ganze Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet: überall blüht es, alles ist geschmackvoll und aufwendig dekoriert. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Herz darin steckt. Die Betten sind super bequem, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist durchweg sauber und gepflegt. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist alles da: ein großes, bequemes Babybett, Klimaanlage, ein großer, schöner Pool mit schattigen Plätzen – perfekt zum Entspannen für Groß und Klein. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist der Frühstücksbereich gut abgeschirmt, sodass man ruhig und sicher draußen sitzen kann. Insgesamt: absolut empfehlenswert!!

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Man kann die Unterkunft nicht zu Fuß verlassen, sondern braucht für alle Ausflüge das Auto. Aber das wird durch die tolle Lage mehr als ausgeglichen – viele wunderschöne Ziele sind in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
