A great stay and will definitely be back!!

Carlotta was the highlight of our stay !!! What a beautiful regal princess she is ❤️ Everything was so lovely - breakfast wonderful and staff so friendly and welcoming.

It was a little hot on the first night and our air conditioning in the room was not working- we left our window open but the bright outside lights bothered us a bit- the second night was cooler so all good there👍

Relaxing, welcoming, and great location for Gardaland

Set amongst beautiful gardens , with a relaxed vibe for dining outside or under the verandah. Very welcoming and helpful staff and manager . Delicious breakfast. Rooms made up after one night stay. Pool was divine, and set amongst stunning trees and flowers.

Room is small for a family of 4 and luggage. But a clean and comfortable room.

A magical stay near Gardaland – a hidden gem in the Italian countryside! 🌿🇮🇹 We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay during our trip to Lake Garda. Just minutes from Gardaland, yet surrounded by peaceful countryside – this place is truly a slice of paradise. 🌞 The accommodation is charming, beautifully decorated, and nestled among olive trees and greenery – so tranquil you’ll never want to leave. The pool is absolutely fantastic – crystal clear, refreshing, and with stunning views over the rolling hills. 💦 The food? Simply amazing. Every meal was a love letter to Italian cuisine – local ingredients, homemade dishes, and served with genuine warmth and pride. 🍝🍷 And the host – what a gem! Incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. It felt like coming home to a friend. ❤️ Everything was perfect – from the very first moment to the last goodbye. We’re already longing to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay near Gardaland, but with the peace and charm of the countryside. Thank you for everything! 🌟

Great place for relaxing, away from crowded city hotels!

Breakfast was ok, we stayed more days, so in our case was bit "tooo same", same salami, same cheese, but in general, we were satisfied. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, helpful with suggestions of good restaurants, etc. Location is just great! A lot of greenery, a horse, a beautiful dog Carlotta (greeting us every morning by breakfast 😍) Highly recommend!!!

It would be better if pool could use only hotel guest.

The location is lovely. The private pool is very nice. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, there was a variety of sweet or salty options including some special cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, amazing olives, cornichons, fruit salads… Multiple cakes all with tags so we knew what was in it. The outdoor seating was a great place to start new day.

It would be really nice if the rooms had a small fridge. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours, but that was ok for the 2 nights we stayed there. It would be great if the pool was “open” non stop or at least earlier in the morning (before breakfast) and late in the night (after dinner). Honestly I don't see any difference between day and evening - swimming at your own risk.

Would not recommend if AC is needed to stay cool.

staff were one of the best element if not the only good for the stay. They were extremely nice and courteous hosts. Host, Silvia was so nice and changed the room for us to get better air conditioning. Pool was awesome and breakfast was one of the best I have encountered.

AC was barely working. I understand that if might be the cultural difference but for family with toddler or younger children who are used to AC equipped rooms, I will highly caution you to stay at this property. During our stay, the temperature of the room was over 79 F which kept me and my wife. After making the complaint to the host, Silvia(who i am still thankful for the room change) moved us to bigger room with better AC unit. however, the AC unit shut down itself, most likely programmed to shut down during late night 1 AM to 5 AM where outside temperature rose to 89F. Our two stays at the hotel was horrific due to the uncomfortable temperature, but it was somewhat bearable due to the wonderful staff. First room had ants on the bed which was somewhat expected to a farm stay.

One of our best stays so far.

We chose this property being close to Gardaland, a long waited trip with kids. First of all the property was kind to accept change of dates twice, for one of our kids being sick at the time, no questions asked. This alone is worth rating 10. Conveniently situated at walking distance from Gardaland, this beautiful property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We arrived at the evening, had excellent dinner in the restaurant and spent beautiful evening. Breakfast next morning was rich and tasty, again set up on a beautiful terrace. The hosts were most welcoming and professional. We had most pleasant stay here and definitely will come again.

We booked a last minute offer and found a wonderful place to rest. The accomodation is very clean, typical italian style - and the most important thing: we have met very friendly and caring people there. The whole staff is extremly involved and helpful - we felt like staying with friends. Thanks a lot and best regards to Francesca, Noemi and Mary!!!
