Venicedire

The apartment is located right beside the entrance of Garage San Marco, very easy to find and move the luggage. We stayed for just one night, but Valentina allowed us not only to check in early but also to store the luggage after check-out. That made our short stay a bit more flexible. Besides, her instant communication response was probably another important reason we determined to stay here. The apartment is quite spacious for us, parents with a kid of 20 years old, and the decoration and facilities are fantastic. Somebody said the air conditioning was somehow too weak for upstairs. But after some adjustment it worked perfectly. It takes about 30 minutes to Piazza San Marco by walk, the best way to visit Venice.

The host thought of everything, there were snacks, wine, toiletries and items for the kids. Foosball table was a huge hit. Location was very convenient.

The beds were both fold out sofa beds - not the most comfortable.

If you are arriving by bus and leaving by yacht this is an ideal location. The unit is located in the Venice transit hub Piazzale de la Roma. Convenient to travel to any parts of the City.

Great host and gave informative recommendations of where to go upon arrival. The accommodation is very close to the train station and easy to find (right over the bridge near indoor car park) so we could drop off the luggage and head straight out to Venice. One day walking around and the next day a boat tour to the three islands was enough for us. The property was very clean and had quirky colourful decor. Kids enjoyed the football game in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, the WiFi never worked for our duration even though the host did try her best to resolve the issue. Also both beds are sofa beds, which are uncomfortable to sleep on with two people due the squeaky noise every time you move and mattress too soft for us. Plus there was no sofa to sit on as they were beds. Idea to move a sofa outside the kitchen and get a king size bed by the stairs would be more suitable for future guests.
