Beautiful apartment in Molveno

The rooms were big and comfortable.

As soon as I entered the room, I got a strong smell, probably of a disinfectant that they used in the room. At the beginning this smell was uncomfortable: but then I got used to it. I did not like the check-in process since it had to be done at a near by Du Lac hotel. After checking in at the hotel, I had to navigate to the apartment. However, on google maps the address provided by the hotel led me to a neighbouring location rather than my apartment. After asking a couple of locals, they suggested me to navigate using the name of the apartment (i.e. Residence Rio Piccolo) rather than navigating using the address of the apartment (i.e. Via Lungo Lago 20). So, after using the name of the apartment on google maps, I could finally identify the apartment. The check-out was not available 24x7. I had to leave quite early in the morning at 6 am when there is no one at the Du Lac Hotel. So, I didn't get my 20€ deposit back. For me the check-in/check-out process was full of hassle. Thus, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends or family who like an easy check-in/check-out process and run tight on schedule.

Great apartment with excellent location.

The residence is extremely well located and is literally 2 minutes away from the lake area. The rooms itself were nice and decent sized. All amenities were provided and we couldn't think of anything that was missing. All in all a great stay.

Check in and check out needs to be done at a different location which is close by and not a huge hassle. But it would be great if they could have someone at the reception of the residence as well so that the check in process was smoother.

Residence stupendo, appartamento ampio e ottimamente attrezzato, pulitissimo, giardino delizioso, posto auto riservato. Attraversi la strada e sei al parco sul lungolago. Supermercato vicinissimo. Personale gentilissimo.

مولفينو جمييييله جدا والسكن كان وسط افضل شارع بمولفينى مقابل الحديقه الي على البحيرة 😍 من اجمل الشقق الي سكناها سوا اطلاله او قريه وجوها باااارد جدا اوصي فيها وبإذن الله اكرر التجربه 😎

Fantastisch!

De inrichting is heel compleet. Je kunt zelfs op de tv inloggen op je Netflix account. De garage is ruim en je hebt een eigen parkeerplek.

Het enige minpuntje was het ontbreken van een tafeltje op het balkon.

Lo scopo del soggiorno è una base per un we di sci presso la vicina Andalo. Il monolocale è al piano terra con affaccio sul giardino della struttura. E' abbastanza spazioso e pulito, la cucina abbastanza completa e dimensionata correttamente. Il bagno è grande. Comodo il garage (anche se con accesso non facilissimo) e il deposito sci

Il divanoletto è un buon divanoletto per dimensioni e materasso ma chiaramente non è comodo come un letto per dormire e va chiuso tutte le volte per muoversi agevolmente. Una volta aperto è inoltre appoggiato lateralmente ad una parete, salire non è facilissimo. Non ho trovato il modo di regolare la temperatura dell'ambiente (ma non ho chiesto).
