Le logement est propre. moderne et très bien situé. Il permet de tout faire à pied, ce qui est un vrai point fort.

En revanche, plusieurs problèmes ont impacté le séjour : la wifi n’a pas fonctionné du tout et la télévision capte très mal (image instable). Le canapé est également très abîmé, avec la mousse qui ressort par endroits. Des travaux importants au rez-de-chaussée ont généré beaucoup de bruit (coup de marteau, bruit de perceuses), et malgré une demande d’information à l’hôte sur leur durée, nous n’avons pas eu de réponse.

L’appartement est bien situé, lumineux confortable, spacieux, bien équipé … toutes informations ont été es claires et bien documentées. Un pur bonheur

The property was fully equipped, you could find everything that you could need during your stay.

The main problem was wooden windows as it had zero sound proofing - there were a lot of unpleasant people driving through the narrow streets with their loud motorcycles until 2-3am, you could hear everything that was happening in the street, ear plugs were needed, but not always helpful. Also, the conditioner in the bedroom blew air with musty smell, but it’s manageable as long as you turn on only the one in the living room. Overall location is not the best for a long stay, the streets were dirty with rats running around, but it’s not property’s responsibility.
