This unique space, with décor inspired by the Arabian Nights, combines elegance, a change of scenery, modern comfort, and generous proportions. Its prime location, close to the city center, Étang Z'Abricots, the TCSP (500 m from the public transportation system), and shops, makes it an ideal base for enjoying Martinique in a chic and convenient setting. Perfect for business trips, vacations, or remote work. The Apartment: This spacious, completely renovated 100 m² two-bedroom apartment offers generous proportions and a comfortable layout. It includes two bedrooms with double beds and built-in storage, an open-plan kitchen leading to a welcoming living and dining area, as well as a workspace. The apartment also features a bathroom, separate toilet, laundry facilities, a terrace with access to the communal garden, and a pleasant setting near the port. So come and enjoy Martinique! It's up to you to choose what will please you! Martinique harmoniously blends beaches, hiking, heritage, gardens, historical sites, and water sports. Must-sees: Balata Garden. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and easy outing, start with the Balata Garden, in the hills above Fort-de-France. The site is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm, with last entry at 4:30 pm, and you should allow at least 1 hour and 30 minutes for your visit. Les Salines and the Wild South: Les Salines beach is one of the island's classic spots: a long stretch of white sand, coconut palms, shaded areas, and snack bars. The vast "From Les Salines to Baie des Anglais" area is also highlighted for the exceptional quality of its landscapes. Swimming with Turtles in Anses-d'Arlet: For a picture-perfect Caribbean Sea experience, Anses-d'Arlet is an excellent choice. Turtles are particularly common at Anse Dufour, Anse Noire, and Grande Anse, often just a few meters from the shore. Kayaking in the mangroves or towards the sandbars: If you're looking for a more nature-focused and unique activity, kayaking in the mangroves or near Le Robert is a wonderful experience. Some routes even allow you to discover the sandbars and Îlet Chancel, known for its endemic iguanas. Habitation Clément: For a cultural, heritage, and elegant outing, I highly recommend Habitation Clément in Le François. The site is open year-round, visits are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and you should allow at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. La Savane des Esclaves (The Slave Savannah) In Trois-Îlets, this is a key site for understanding 400 years of Martinican history, with an Amerindian area, a slave quarters street, gardens, and reconstructions of lifestyles. Saint-Pierre and the 1902 Memorial If history interests you, head to Saint-Pierre. The 1902 Memorial / Frank A. Perret Museum offers a deeper understanding of the disaster linked to the eruption of Mount Pelée. Mount Pelée: For a true day in nature, Mount Pelée is one of Martinique's great symbols. This active volcano rises to 1,397 meters and offers several trails. Some hikes, however, require a good level of fitness, as well as appropriate equipment, water, and sun protection. Caravelle Peninsula: Caravelle is superb if you enjoy hiking through diverse landscapes. The reserve protects mangroves, cliffs, savannas, and endemic species. The area is also known for its hiking loop and Château Dubuc. Martinique Zoo – Habitation Latouche: Very pleasant for a relaxing or family outing, especially if you want to combine nature, walking, and heritage. If you want to visit around Fort-de-France: In Fort-de-France itself, you can enjoy a more urban and cultural day with the Schoelcher Library, then the Museum of History and Ethnography. My 3 recommended itineraries: A "wow" day: Les Salines, Cap 110, then a sunset on the Diamant side. The Cap 110 memorial, at Anse Caffard, is a powerful place of remembrance. A gentle nature day: Balata Garden in the morning, then a leisurely lunch, followed by a walk or beach time near Schœlcher/Fort-de-France. A culture and heritage day: Savane des Esclaves and Habitation Clément, for a day rich in history, inhabited landscapes, and Martinican identity.

For scheduled events, the most useful resource is to consult the official Martinique Tourism calendar, the Fort-de-France city calendar, and the Terres du Centre Martinique calendar. You'll find concerts, guided tours, exhibitions, cultural walks, and special events there.
If you'd like me to suggest activities for 3 days, 7 days, or by area, please don't hesitate to ask at least one month in advance. This way, I can send you a customized program based on the tourist calendar.
