Grazioso Appartamento in Oltrarno a Firenze

Ottima posizione, ottimo prezzo

L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison florentine dans une rue calme à 100 m à peine de la place Tasso bien desservie par les bus (pour aller à la gare où à Sienne par ex). Elisa était présente à notre arrivée et nous a indiqué les sites incontournables à visiter et de bonnes adresses de restaurants proches. Séjour agréable.

Квартира великолепно расположена. Обстановка уютная и красивая. Рядом магазины, остановка автобуса(очень удобно добираться до Сан-Миниато, например), хотя до большинства самых важных достопримечательностей можно пешком дойти.

Небольшие проблемы со сливом в душе

Lovely Host who met us at the property. Kitchen was very well equipped. Within walking distance to the old part of Florence and supermarkets. Comfy lounge and table and chairs. Good security.

An interesting old building that was quite cool and dank, even though there were two reverse cycle air conditioners. Due to the building being renovated there was scaffolding and builders right outside our bedroom window. For privacy we couldn't open the shutters or window when the builders were there. We got badly bitten by mosquitoes in the apartment, there was mould on the shower walls, the bathroom drains blocked on our last night there so we couldn't shower. The second toilet was in a creepy little dark room and if you wanted to use it you weren't allowed to put toilet paper in it.
