BAD experience!
There ia nothing that you can like! Everything was so bad there! Very disappointing! I didn't even stay there for half an hour, I immediately looked for another accommodation!
The accommodations on Booking is not the same in reality and the fact that she lie to people and lie with the posted advertisement is not nice when you want to go in holiday there.
I hope that measures will be taken in this regard.
It's so dark there, out of 6 sockets in her house and just 1 is working, she put a different address, the location is not beautiful at all, it is behind some blocks and is dirty there, when you see the place you don't want to go there ( I don't have photos to post, but it's true), she doesn't notify people who have cars that the location is far from the parking lot and the fact that you will pay a lot for the public parking if you have to put your car there for the whole stay. She post pictures that are fake. She have outdated and old furniture.
She promise a certain place and offer something else, and if you say that it's not what you booked and you don't like she move you as she wish. If you don't want to stay anymore there, she tell you that she gives you other options, but the same as bad and she doesn't care your opinion.
She accept payment only in cash or transfer, not by bank card. And she want immediately wait for the payment to be made, because she doesn't care about the people, she care just about the money.
She also is not at all kind to customers and not a welcoming host.
And since things are like that, she don't even return the money to people who don't even live in that mess of her house, for example my case.
I really, really hope that measures will be taken in this regard.
In my opinion, Booking, should remove all her ads from the website, specialy in Monaco, where there is a country with certain standards! Because isn't good something like this also for the Booking website, to keep.
VERY DISAPPOINTING OF ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! She ask a lot of money for a piece of garbage! And I'm not the only one, she did this with a lot of other's people!

The property is very good, romantic, clean, comfortable, nice and tidy! the host is an exeptional lady who helped me in a very good situation and I will be grateful to her forever! advise: ask the host for her personal tel.number before coming in order to keep in touch!

I liked the fact that I was in Monaco
They REFUSED to take card payment and would only accept cash which is very fishy to me. The host who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and the room was falsely advertised. Flies in the bathroom. Filthy kitchenette. Room layout was awkward to say the least and the host shouted at me when I questioned why I couldn’t pay by card.

Central location but what is advertised is not what you get. Photos are not of the actual location
central location that is close to Monaco. Clean.
The photos in the listing are NOT the ones of the actual apartment. When I arrived I was surprised to see that what I thought I booked was not actually the apartment I was shown. I spoke with the owner and she said that she has two apartments in the building and she has them both under the same listing. Because of how strict the owner makes the cancellation policy I could not cancel the booking even though I did not receive what I booked.
Further more this apartment is located in an alleyway off the main street meaning you have no view and it is rather hidden. The building that this apartment is in, is dirty and not very well maintained with neighbors laundry hanging out in the open.
This property is NOT good value for money. I paid €105 for the night and then a further €40 as a cleaning fee which is ridiculous to pay half what you ay per night for cleaning.....For the equivalent price, or even less, I could have stayed in a hotel down the road which would have been in a well maintained building with friendly staff and at least street access.
I do not recommend staying here.

Sejour a Beausoleil
J ai aimé l intérieur de la chambre, son équipement, sa salle de bain avec baignoire. J ai également apprécié le calme et la propreté.
Je n ai pas aimé que l établissement donne une adresse qui correspond à un bel immeuble moderne avec ascenseur alors que l appartement se situe en réalité dans un immeuble proche mais très vieux et sans ascenseur. L appartement est très difficilement accessible pour une personne ayant du mal à marcher.

Ho affittato due appartamenti vicini di contrast lux ogni casa era :Sporca sporca sporca , senza servizi indicati nell annuncio, senza aria condizionata , ho pagato per avere una casa con l’aria condizionata e invece ho trovato una casa umida calda da morire e senza aria condizionata . La proprietaria mi ha mandato a fanculo per telefono perché lei era a Cannes e non dovevo disturbarla ! Dopo aver passato un giorno nel caldo terribile , mi hanno portato il pinguino! E il pinguino non è uguale all aria condizionata!!! Tutte le Lenzuola erano sporche , asciugamano sporco , armadio pieno di panni e lenzuola sudice. C’erano dei Capelli in cucina , ho trovato l’insulina dentro al frigo . Un incubo

Sporco, infestato da cimici. Se ti sdrai sul letto prude tutto il corpo. Lenzuola non cambiate e sporche. Siamo andati via durante la notte perché prudeva tutto il corpo.
