Achei fantástico, excelente custo, café da manhã muito bom, a localização também excelente, próximo a tudo! Valeu a pena e com certeza se estiver em Boituva novamente, ficarei no Garrafão.

Excellent location in Centro Boituva.
Good on-site parking was a plus.

The family room was just large enough and the bathroom was larger than expected.
The shower was excellent.
One of the bathroom fixtures kept leaking onto the floor.
Childproofing the windows should be a consideration for family rooms
The refrigerator did not work.

The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The staff prefer to park your car for you as parking area is small. Some staff made the effort to assist us in English. It's in a great location.
The noise level from the town during the night of cars passing and just overall street activity disturbs ones sleep. It's a good hotel to use if you passing through the town and need one night's rest.
