Cobrança antecipada no cartão de crédito. Na página do hotel diz que é reserva e que o pagamento é na acomodação. cobraram antes. Atendimento recepção lenta. Uma pessoa só.

Localização e limpeza
Tv não funcionou hotel todo sem Internet. Solicitei Toalha esperei por mais de 30 minutos, tive que ir buscar na recepção.

location and some of the staff! but they definitely need bit more of training
I asked them to clean and change my towels in my room they never did! also the breakfast most of the items finished and they don’t replace very disappointed could be nice hotel It was ok the first time I was there but I’m going to think twice before I had to book again!!!
