Buffet breakfast was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every crumb. The service was brilliant, the wait for a table wasn’t super long each day. The rooms were immaculate. The staff were so kind and we felt so well looked after. An absolute treat to stay here. Thank you! The ease of getting to and from the Disney parks was a cherry on top.
NIL. I have nothing I could recommend as needing fixing. My family and I had the best stay imaginable! This place was incredible.

Convenient to visit Disneyland!
Not far from Haneda Airport.
Only the spa facilities need to pay. I thought there were big public bath included with staying price but it was actually spa.

About the staff in Front desk,the women is not smiling,and not accomodating "she
ask me if I'm live here in Japan and I can speak Japanese she's not Focus in our check in My family name is a Japanese my daughter said our family name is Japanese supposed to be were live here in Japan the women in the Front desk is つめたい。
The Breakfast is so Good and the staff is very accoodating,and we feel Relaxing in the
table.And the concierge is very accomodation.

We were attending Disneyland and this accommodation is located very conveniently for this.
The hotel is aged and the rooms are small. The food is overpriced for what it is. There is no where to go outside which is a real detractor and we tried but were told off! Needs an outdoor garden or similar.
