The hotel is very good overall, my family and I loved the swimming pool and the apartment was very nice and clean, I want to thank Mr Idrissi and the staff for the quality of customer service and the happy moments I had in this brilliant hotel.

Everything was good, I am happy with the experience in this hotel, We really enjoyed our staying there.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel L’escale in Morocco. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed, and it was easy to see the care and attention the hotel gives to its guests in every detail. The hotel structure is excellent — very organized, comfortable, and pleasant. The rooms are outstanding, extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing and peaceful stay. Everything reflects quality, comfort, and professionalism. But the real highlight of Hotel L’escale is definitely the staff. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, always with kindness, attention, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. We would especially like to thank Souheil P, Majda, Kawtar, and Ichrak, who were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. And a very special thank you to Nassima, who truly made a difference in our experience. Her kindness, warmth, attention, and exceptional customer service represent a level of hospitality that is rare to find nowadays. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and at home. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Hotel L’escale to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent facilities, and above all, warm and human hospitality. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment was clean and has ac. And there is a nice swimming pool.

Took me an hour or so to check in. They were busy but they weren't doing enough to process the people quicker. I suggest they have extra receptionists when there are a lot of people trying to check in. Using papers to find my reservation is an old way to keep track of the people coming in. 0
