L'escale Appart-hôtel By 7AV HOTELS

We had an excellent stay at this appart hotel. Room was big enough for a family with two little kids. Breakfast is ok for this type of accommodation. The hotel is very well located with all key locations at 15-20 min drive. This place is perfect for families with kids as there is an aqua park and an amusement park at walking distance. The pool within the hotel is also nice. The hotel personnel was helpful and nice. Room is clean and room service is done on daily basis.

The tv was quite small.

The hotel is very good overall, my family and I loved the swimming pool and the apartment was very nice and clean, I want to thank Mr Idrissi and the staff for the quality of customer service and the happy moments I had in this brilliant hotel.

Everything was good, I am happy with the experience in this hotel, We really enjoyed our staying there.

The service was impeccable from beginning to end, always with kindness, attention, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. We would especially like to thank Souheil P, Majda, Kawtar, and Ichrak, who were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. And a very special thank you to Nassima, who truly made a difference in our experience. Her kindness, warmth, attention, and exceptional customer service represent a level of hospitality that is rare to find nowadays. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and at home. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Hotel L’escale to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent facilities, and above all, warm and human hospitality. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment was clean and has ac. And there is a nice swimming pool.

Took me an hour or so to check in. They were busy but they weren't doing enough to process the people quicker. I suggest they have extra receptionists when there are a lot of people trying to check in. Using papers to find my reservation is an old way to keep track of the people coming in. 0
