Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz im Innenhof
Lüften ist schlecht möglich, da die Fenster zufallen. Es fehlt Fliegengitter. Schlaf-und Wohn-und Essbereich und Herd sind in einem Raum, daher wäre Dunstabzugshaube wünschenswert.Da der Türrahmen schräg eingebaut, lässt sich die Tür von innen schwer abschließen.Wohnung ist gegenüber der Kirche entsprechend laut sind Kirchenglocken. Bei Ankunft war Geschirr nicht sauber gespült. Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig und z.T.sehr abgenützt.

Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes ermöglicht ohne Auto unterwegs zu sein. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz im Hof ist inkludiert und für jedes Appartment gekennzeichnet. In der Nähe sind 2 Bäckereien fürs Frühstückgebäck!
Fußweg von der Talstation Planai bis zum Appartment ist lang - der Skibus fährt nicht durch die Altstadt. Autofahrt zur STation Planai West aber leicht möglich
