Lage top, Appartement gut, skischuh heizung fehlt,

Apartmant was very clean,and the location is very close to the center,wifi was ok

Lack of hygiene suplies in the bathroom,the living room was small and uncomfortable ,old furniture

Schladming Sommercard included in the competitive price. Location in the city center, shops, close to Planai bus station and cable car station. Bed was comfortable. WiFi worked ok. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped (spacious fridge, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine) and fully stocked (full set of dump bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine inserts, linen etc). Only some minor issues here like: oven does not have racks inside (so you cannot use it) or bathroom water tap barely working.

Major issue of this particular apartment is that you cannot properly ventilate it nor cool it down in summer season due to overwhelming noise from the nearest outside coming from 5 AM till 11 PM. Apartment is located in the backyard shared with back facilities and dumpster of a huge restaurant. If you open living room windows - you get noise from restaurants' ventilation systems (working round the clock) and inhale cigarette smoke as the personnel has their smoking spot just below your windows. On the restaurant closure (10 PM) personnel starts to transport all the glass waste to the dumpster which provides you extra noise of breaking glass. If you open two remaining rooftop windows in the bedroom - you immediately hear huge noisy exhaust chimney located just 1 meter from those windows. At least this exhaust was switched off daily around 11 PM but was turned on between 4.30 AM - 5.30 AM which immediately woke us up. Also those rooftop windows due to almost flat roof must be kept closed in case of bad weather or when you leave the room. Another disappointment was dirty upholstery of sofa & kitchen sitting bench - would be good to make a proper cleaning of them. Dusty rooftop windows. In the bedroom's chest drawer someone hid stinky small carpets. TV was not properly connected to the antenna (no signal). Finally - there is no clear information that reception desk is located in different location of Schladming (Erzherzog-Johann-Straße 248) and closes at 5 PM. Parking space is located 100+ meters from the apartment (in the information leaflet it is called Postparkplatz, but the current parking name is different). All of this would be bearable if we travelled in adult group. But for a family with small children it was really inconvenient.
