Apartament bez wyżywienia, dostępny serwis z pieczywem, aczkolwiek piekarnie i sklepy w pobliżu apatamentu. Dostęne tylko jedno miejsce parkingowe, podobnie jak w całym Schladming. Drugie auto stoi na parkingu miejskim. Największy mankament - bliskosć kościołów i wybijanie czasu co 15 minut :). Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony, dostęna Sommer Card, co daje duże możliwości zaoszczędznia na kolejkach i innych atrakcjach w pobliżu. Firma posiada kilka aprtamentów w Schladming o różnym standardzie.

Tolle Lage
Bei Anreise gab es eine Straßensperrung, Wohnung nur über "verbotene Wege" erreichbar, da gab es eine off. Fahrzeugkontrolle und Verwarnung durch die Polizei. Ein Hinweis vorab wäre hilfreich gewesen. Einstieg in die Bade/Duschwanne nicht ungefährlich. Bewegungsmelder im Bad, da geht öfters bei Benutzung das Licht aus, auch nicht ungefährlich. das Fernsehchen in den Jahren (noch mit SCART Buchsen), Fernbedienungen ohne Funktion, ein Relikt aus der Vergangenheit. Parkplatz teilweise anderweitig blockiert und wenn alle Plätze belegt sind braucht man Geduld und sehr viel Fahrerkönnen um Ein- bzw. Auszuparken.
