Körülbelül 150m lehet a tengerpart: kikötő és strand egyaránt. A házinéni helyben lakik, nagyon készséges, mindig elérhető. Rab városába három úton is el lehet jutni: aszfaltozott utakon, egy gyönyörű, árnyas parkon át és a tengerparti sétányon. Az óváros kb. 10 perc. Mi sokat sup-oztunk, a tengerpartól az öböl túloldalára is könnyen át lehet evezni, csak 800m és eléggé szélvédett. A szemköztii eldugott öblökből át lehet sétálni a földnyelv msik oldalára (100m), ahol egy újabb strand van, WC-vel, bárral. (Vela Komuncica). A lakásban egy légkondi van, a folyosón, de nem kellett használni, mert nem volt annyira meleg (a földszinten laktunk). A teraszon kellemes reggeli költhető el.
A mi ágyunknak nem volt fejtámlája, hanem egy pult volt a széle előtt, így a párnát nem tudtam a háttámlának dönteni. Amúgy az ágyon memóriahabos fedőmatrac található, ami kényelmessé teszi. Az erkélyajtók már nem zárnak tökéletesen, a zaj kissé behallatszik kintről vagy a szomszédok felől.

Perfect location - possible to walk to the beach, restaurants, old town, shops. Spacious apartment for our family. Very friendly and kind owner. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again in the future.
