Villa Rapkinja is a Mediterranean-style vacation home for 6 people with 140 m² of living space. The first floor of this tastefully furnished house features living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, storage room, and a small bathroom), while the upper floor has three double bedrooms and a large bathroom.
The house is surrounded by several terraces and a lawn. The covered terrace adjoins the dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric stove, range hood, refrigerator, freezer compartment (20 liters), filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.
In front of the house is a 24 m² unheated swimming pool (7.5 m x 3.2 m).
Next to the pool is a barbecue area with firewood provided, suitable for larger groups. On the open terrace behind the house, there is a ping-pong table and a dartboard.
The house is located in a very quiet area of the island, on a small hill next to the village church. The view stretches out to the sea and the old town of Rab with its four magnificent bell towers.
