It is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa with ample space for parking cars and boat trailers, terraces, and a garden featuring Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, equipped with tables, chairs, a grill, swings for children, a shower, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and umbrellas.
