I found a gem

Perfectly appointed, quiet and very cosy. I was delighted to have an opportunity to stay for work and would love to return for longer. Really easy to find. The bells are pleasing to hear, not a problem at all.

Being really picky, it would be nice to be able to have a fire in the wood burner if I had been staying longer.

Lovely, cozy stay

The hosts were lovely, the accommodation was gorgeous, cosy and well maintained. The area was great and felt very private. The little basket of goodies was lovely. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was soooo comfortable, linen was super fresh. Decor is just great.. Would definitely return.

Not a dislike, but sadly their living room stove wasnt working and hosts were so apologetic, however the heating was more than comfortable in the 2°C weather, with snuggly blankets if needed.

Fantastic self catering cottage.

Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for self catering. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished. Great for walking and fantastic eight sail windmill Brewery up the road. Lovely station if you want to explore by rail. Private, fantastic large cottage.

The weather 🙄! We love the church bells over the road, but not every ones cup of tea!

A lovely, relaxing getaway in the Lincolnshire countryside

A lovely cottage space which is much bigger than expected with all the comforts you need. I felt very comfortable and safe there. It had lots of dog walks very near by over lovely Lincolnshire countryside. The hosts were helpful but gave you your privacy at all times. We will be returning very soon.

A great location in a quiet village. The accomodation is tastefully appointed and caters for every need, including a washing machine/dryer. The owner greeted us on arrival and there was a variety of thoughtful welcoming food snacks. Off street parking and in a character converted old stable, the accomodation oozed history.

I absolutely loved this place! It was really lovely and I'm so happy I stumbled upon the listing. The location was great. It was easy to find and parking was not a problem. There were lovely touches throughout and lots of information for the cottage and surrounding areas.

Everything, it was clean, comfortable, characterful and with a charming and helpful owner.

The Church bells opposite which kept us awake half the night (the owner helpfully provided ear plugs we only noticed them the next morning!).

A brilliant stay in a lovely place !

everything ! great facilities for a self catered short break. really convenient location in a lovely village

the church bells - but actually they didn’t really bother us and my daughter really appreciated the thoughtful provision of ear plugs ! the bells really aren’t that intrusive - I barely noticed them although I suppose if you’re a light sleeper they might be an issue. the rest of the accommodation more than makes up for them though.

Comfortable, cosy, private

The property had a lovely homely feel to it. It was perfect for a weekend stay. There was a lovely basket of treats upon arrival. It was all very private and even more gorgeous in the sunshine! Had the most amazing sleep on the bed also - so comfortable!

The base of the shower cubicle was not 100% clean but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be washed away with water - this was the only aspect I’d mention, but other than that, facilities were lovely.

Beautiful cottage and spotlessly clean. Very nicely decorated with some beautiful touches. Everything you could need.

It was all good. There were the church bells which chimed every quarter and on the hour throughout the day and night. The owner informed me immediately but this wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com. It didn’t bother us but could be off putting to others particularly if they weren’t aware.
