Great staff and customer service.
Very overpriced for the quality of room you get - for Vietnam. No window room is about 130 AUD per night. We had an ocean view and balcony in Nha Trang for less than this!

The location was excellent, with Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and Saigon Centre all within easy walking distance. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return.
Only one elevator, walls are very thin

The colonial look about the reception and dining area was lovely and the room had a nice view and was clean and well presented. We also appreciated the gift of flowers and a pen which were in the room on arrival
The bar and pool area was a little bit tired and the music played on one of the nights we tried to go was way too loud. The food at the hotel was only average and I think they need to promote the dining room a bit more
