The apartment was clean and spacious for our family. The location is good, close walking distance to main attractions. The staff was responsive. Bathroom is nice and updated.
The AC’s were weak. One of them has to be manually started by the staff, and that one does not cool at all. We had to use fans that were provided in the rooms. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable, it slumps inward.

Staff was good, it had kitchen area, the room was clean, the location quite and clean
The window was super low, no sun inside, a bit depressive.
Very noisy in the morning at 7am cleaning team starts cleaning next door and too noisy to sleep

The doors are not heavy soundproof doors so noise between rooms.

location of the room in the center of Rome, which make us able to travel by foot
The view from the window was another window of the other apartment, like huge chimney. All the day there was no sunlight in the room
