We didn’t mind that the room was a bit old, but the breakfast was unacceptable due to a serious fly infestation. The hotel should address the root cause instead of only partially covering some dishes. For nearly 40,000 baht for two nights, it was extremely disappointing.. especially for a hotel known for luxury and its chocolate room, which we couldn’t even enjoy because everything was covered in flies. It was honestly very sickening how many flies there were..
The staff were wonderful and the room was spacious, but it clearly needs improvements. Overall, the fly problem made the experience unacceptable.
Flies, rusting bidet hose, the price we paid for what we got.
