Lovely gem

Genuinely a little gem of a place. It was actually right next to the sea, and our sea room view not only had a wonderful view of the waves, but was also surprisingly large with plenty of space. Easy, free parking, a lovely small sauna available and a steam room. And the seats outside right in front of the sea were great. The staff were very kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice time, even opening up the bar earlier to make a latte for us (which is so hard to come by in France, it was truly appreciated). Would also really recommend trying the restaurant for dinner, every dish was lovely, and despite the reviews we actually didn't have a long wait at all for the dishes.

We had a small issue with the showers from a temperature regulation and pressure perspective, but they were very apologetic and gave us a discount in the end, as well as told us it would have been repaired the next day, so good customer service. Speaking French though was necessary for a few staff members, others spoke perfect English.

disappointing, amazing location, property style and quality and some of the staff were awful

the location was amazing, the view even from the suite was limited as the windows are tiny

really didnt like the bed, it was uncomfortable, the decor was poor, we had a smoke alarm going off for hours through the night so we didnt sleep and all and the staff wer rude to us the next day. In particular when we went to use the spa and ask for some drinking water to make tea and drink in between saunas, there was not even a tap in the spa to get tap water for the kettle eventhough they said "help yourself to tea etc"... she was really ruse when we asked for water and annoyed that she had to go get it. It cannot be called a spa, it is a tiny sauna and steam room, don't expect a proper spa eperience.

Wonderful location. Kind staff, providing right bed set-up and bike parking. Apartment with useful kitchenette and two bathrooms.

Breakfast expensive. Those in upper bunks complained.

Excellent choice for Brignogan Plage !

Wonderful location, lovely atmosphere, great staff, good food. We enjoyed the comfort of the nice and big apartment with cooking facility, eating room, two baths, two separate sleeping rooms - we loved to stay there. ( We could not stop marveling about the idea that being located at the most stunning location directly at a nice serene beach that the architect ensured that all rooms in our apartment annex are orientated away from the beach front facing the lush green meadows of the countryside.

The hotel was conveniently located and the situation was lovely, very close to the beach. We had an amazing view!

Our room was very comfortable and a good size however our friends room was disappointing as there was a terrible smell in the room on entering. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

Beautiful location for this hotel and reception staff were helpful despite the badges for room access not working when we arrived

The breakfast was really poor and not at all how it is described on the site (no croissants/one type of bread/one type of cheese (emmental) which ran out quickly and was not restocked/weak cold coffee/no confiture/no eggs/no yogurts/no vegetarian or vegan options). The waitress in the bar and on breakfast service during our stay was clearly very unhappy in her job. Ive never seen a worse breakfast service in any hotel. In no way 3 star.

Very pleasant staff

we came for a short vacations, combined with necessity to continue run our business. There was only public internet available, that did not permit to use Outlook (send/ receive mail). This is unacceptable nowdays.

Désormais beaucoup de véhicules sont hybrides ou 100 % électriques. L'installation de bornes de recharge serait vraiment un plus (la première borne est à 1,7kms) Le service globalement doit être encore professionnalisé Nous avions constaté cela lors de notre précédent séjour peu de temps après l'ouverture. Cela reste un point encore très perfectible. Par exemple organisation du petit déjeuner ou service lors de la soirée de la saint sylvestre

Fabuleux emplacement sur le GR34 et hôtel cosy

Emplacement unique et fabuleux, direct sur le sentier douanier GR34, terrasse extérieure juste « waouh » et mobilier top. Personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Bâtiment imposant. Pauses huitres (excellentes) & apéro au bar à toute heure du jour, bien installés dans les fauteuils face à la mer. Chambre très cosy et bien équipée. Nous avons tellement aimé l’endroit qu’on a prolongé d’une nuit. Un conseil : faire la balade A/R à pieds jusqu’à Meneham.

Des détails. La déco fleurie/moquette est ravissante mais chargée (avis trés personnel, la beauté du lieu se suffirait à elle-même pour plus d’épure), l’alarme incendie 2 nuits de suite.

Dans cet hôtel "4 étoiles", le nettoyage de la chambre s'est fait le premier jour à 17h, le second à 15h45 alors que nous aurions voulu profiter de la chambre. Cela me semble inadmissible surtout au vu du prix de la chambre, petit déjeuner non inclus. Café du petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre. Sauna et hammam trop petits pour un établissement de cette taille.

Hôtel très confortable dans un site paradisiaque

Le site , le calme , la vue , le confort , les chambres, le bistrot bar , le restaurant

Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner 24 euros quand même, varié certes mais pas assez généreux et trop ordinaire pour un 4 étoiles . Absence notamment d’ aliments pour les personnes intolérantes au lait , au gluten …( ce qui était mon cas )

L’emplacement; un certain style dans l’architecture;

Un seul détail: une bouteille d’eau vous attend dans la chambre avec l’inscription: « boire de l’eau Ioz c’est vivre une véritable expérience nouvelle qui permet un véritable retour aux sources. Micro philtrée, Ioz propose un goût authentique qui révèle toute la saveur des plats. Choisir Ioz c’est aussi faire un geste pour la planète. » malheureusement l’eau était imbuvable. Son taux de chlore, digne d’une piscine, montre que la femme de chambre l’avait tout simple remplie sous le robinet de la salle de bain. Le poisson qui m’a été servi sortait du micro-ondes et était franchement médiocre par rapport au contexte de ce magnifique hôtel.
