Sehr gut gelegen und vor kurzem renoviert. Schönes Badezimmer.
Nicht ganz sauber, viele Spinnen und Fliegen drinnen. Darüber hinaus riecht es in dem Studio muffig, es scheint ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem zu geben. Das Studio wirkt ingesamt etwas steril und es gibt im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.
