Great location and great house. Very good service.

We wanted to wash dishes in the dishwasher. They could have left one tablet for washing dishes. It's a small thing, but we forgot to buy that. The heating turns off at night. There's no explanation on how to leave it on. Lighting the fireplace costs 20 euros... 🤦🏻‍♂️ But we're still happy.

The place to be in the spring!

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Illumination Parade in Norwijkerhout. It was very close to Keukenhof and right by the sea. Pleasant and helpful staff. You could see the tulip fields from Buitenplaats Witte Raaf Ana Zee.

The weather was not good for this trip but we still managed to visit the Keukenhof flower show.

We cooked breakfast on our own.

There was no double bed arrangement!

Nice villa, poor management and BDC

Nice villa, spacious but interior was basic. With a better management company and/or higher price it would be much better.

The management company is not really capable; does not reply to messages, reception is usually closed, amenities provided are a joke (1-2 small bottle of shampoo for a 6 person stay, 2 roll of toilet paper, 1 coffee filter, Nespresso machine without capsules, etc).

Very nice but bring your toilet paper

Property is very clean and modern. It has comfortable furniture to accommodate eight people. Also it comes with all the cooking utilities and fire pit. Each bedroom has a shower.

When we visited there were no bath towels nor kitchen towels provided. There were zero basics such as salt/pepper/sugar/soap. No toilet paper!!! We had to buy all of it incl towels in a local shop, which is 30 min away. Although the property is very nice and after contacting the manager regarding complete absence of basic stuff we received a goodie bag the next morning with complimentary bottle of wine, the whole impression was stained.

It was okay, House was clean, good wifi, pleasant living room.

but we ran out of toilet paper, I just think that toilet paper and some dishwashing tablets eg is something that needs to be provided also in a self catering unit. It wasn't very easy to rent a bike, and it was much further from the beach then I thought. You need a car actually to stay here for groceries and going to the beach.

everything is extra charge. tiny towels with stains and holes for extra charge. kids bed and chair were not prepared even though we payed for it. you have to take of bedsheets and clean the dishwasher before you leave. nothing you want to do if you book a high class vacation home. cookies and empty packages under beds

small toilet kept smelling like urine even after many times with chlorine. told the office when we left big disappointment is that resort recycles paper and glass but NOT plastic. unbelievable for me. had to walk 20 minutes to town to nearest plastic recycle point.

Het is een plek waar functioneel voor mensgericht gaat en zorgen voor een aangenaam verblijf.

De locatie van dit park is uitstekend, goed bereikbaar.

De communicatie vanuit het park was niet gastgericht. Je moet er zelf voor zorgen dat je bij incheck bent voor sluitingstijd en je betaalt een flinke borgsom. De communicatie op voorhand was niet prettig, tijdens een telefoongesprek werd ik behoorlijk afgesnauwd door de receptioniste. Ook mocht je bij inchecken na een lange autorit geen gebruik maken van het toilet in de receptie, dat doe je maar in de villa zelf. De accommodatie voldoet aan alles dat nodig is, maar aan sfeer/gezelligheid bij inrichting is niet gedacht. Er zijn twee parkeerplekken voor een villa die je deelt met meerdere mensen deelt, als je meerdere auto's kwijt kunt, moet je hier extra voor betalen. Binnen de accommodatie ligt een prijslijst, mocht je bijvoorbeeld een lepel kwijt raken, gaat je dat €2,50 kosten. En zo verder. De regels aan zich zijn te begrijpen, maar het komt als je bij elkaar op telt niet heel gastvrij over. Zo hebben wij dat dan ook ervaren. Wel werd nadien netjes gebeld dat we qua borg aan alles hadden voldaan en derhalve dus ook geheel teruggestort zou worden. Dus dat werd wel zorgvuldig afgehandeld, alhoewel ik betwijfel of er gebeld zou zijn als het niet duidelijk was wat mijn bank rekeningnummer was geweest.

Ennspannte Tage in Noordwijk

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht, um relaxte Tage in Holland zu verbringen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Sogar eine Saune ist im Haus (gegen Aufpreis) vorhanden.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und wunderbar sonnige Tage am Meer

Das Personal - wir hatten nur mit der Rezeption Kontakt - war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - man fühlt sich direkt wohl und zuhause. Toll war auch der unglaublich große/weite Strand in Noordwijkerhout - man muss halt erst mal hinlaufen.

Das Haus lag direkt an der Straße, womit ein gewisser Geräuschpegel einherging. Die Sauberkeit war ok, geht aber deutlich besser. Die Betten waren sehr hart/unbequem - das ist vielleicht Gewohnheitssache, bei dem Preis wäre aber etwas mehr Komfort schön gewesen.

Noordwijk ist eine Reise wert

Das Ferienhaus war optisch sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Parkanlage war verkehrsberuhigt. Parkplätze (die wir nicht benötigt haben) waren direkt am Haus vorhanden. Die Erstausstattung der Küche und der Bäder war gut (Spülmaschinentabs, Spültücher, Seife etc.). Der Brötchenservice hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Der Hinweis auf die App vor Anreise sollte man sich lieber sparen, weil die dort getroffenen Aussagen nicht stimmen - einen Shuttleservice gab es z.B. nicht. Die Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können - scharfe Messer und Schneidebretter fehlten. In den Bädern fehlten Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badetücher. 2 Bäder für 4 Schlafzimmer waren auch zu wenig. Diese Info sollte auf der Booking Seite deutlicher gemacht werden.
