Excellent house and facilities in an excellent location.

House and everything in was very good quality. It was as well appointed as I have stayed in in terms of utensils (good range of pans, nice sharp knives, etc) and fittings. Towels and bed linen were included, which isn't always the case everywhere. Our teens appreciated the free wifi, and the sauna (again, very clean), although we never managed to get it very hot, was a nice extra. The location is superb, with the forest and the dunes a short walk away.

We arrived after office hours, in the dark, and although it was a simple matter to pick up the keys, actually finding the house itself was not. There was a map in the envelope with the keys which in the cold light of day and with hindsight did make sense but after a long day's travelling I didn't appreciate a 'treasure hunt' to find the house. Also, for the money I do think there could have been a few basics like a bottle of milk, some bread and butter and jam, more than one coffee filter paper, to save us racing to the supermarket before it closed to prevent waking up on our first morning to nothing for breakfast.

Very nice property and area to stay in. Would recommend staying here to others.

Great location. We had booked to go to Zandvoort for the F1 Grand Prix on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We hired bikes and enjoyed cycling through the dunes each day. Very good restaurant across the road from our house. Property itself was very comfortable. Lounge area spacious enough for eight of us.

We had requested Single beds in each bedroom but were provided with beds made as three Doubles and only one with Single beds.

A fantastic stay with friends.

Excellent location Very friendly check in staff , very knowledgeable Staff were happy to store our bags after an early flight. Very clean , patio area with table and chairs. Excellent restaurant across the road from the complex. Easy 10 mins bike ride to the local shops/bars/restaurants /beach

The property was very clean and comfortable with everything we could require for our stay. The location was excellent for our purpose of visiting Keukenhof, bulb fields and walks in the dunes. The reception team were very helpful with enquiries.

Lovely home! Would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable and has everything you need to rest and relax! Every bedroom had its own shower which was very convenient for our group.

great stay for families with little terrasse out the back

location- it was very close to Keukenhof and a 10 min bike ride away from the beach

the only downside was that there wasn’t toilet paper in each toilet and we had to buy some

We couldn’t get any heat. The unit timed out before the room was even slightly warm. If the heating unit doesn’t work, firewood should be provided. And there was no broom to sweep as the checking out procedure stated.

Really Great!

It's really great, I like the house and the sorroundings, nice nature, ocean really close.

There was a missing remote control for TV (one out of the 4 TVs), so it's not that bit of a deal. Room in the middle, first floor, in the house I were in, has no space for hanging towel. Heating could be a little bit better, I don't know how it works in winter, but in one room (which was a bit bigger) it was a bit colder. And you cannot turn the heating on if there is the set temperature (max 22° C) is in the living room, unless you make it cold on purpose (open windows etc). You basically can't turn on heating in just one room if you really want to

We loved this property was spacious, comfortable and the staff were friendly and quick to sort any issues we reported. The house was new and modern. We loved it.

There was work being done on the property during the time we stayed. The front porch was dug up and there was drilling in the utility room while we were home.

Fijn vakantiehuis op wandelafstand van het strand

Fijn modern huis op wandelafstand van het strand. Zeer slim ingedeeld en voldoende ruimte met 8 volwassenen en 1 baby. 2 auto's kunnen bij het huis en je kunt opladen.

Je moet de vaat afgewassen en afgedroogd achterlaten in de keukenkastjes. Dat is wat onhandig. Een betere eis zou zijn dat alles in de vaatwasser moet staan en gestart, dan kun je makkelijker weg.

Magnifique village de vacances

Très belle villa, lumineuse, confortable, nous avons passe un merveilleux sejour . Nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes avec le four mais qui ont été vite réglés par le personnel du village de vacances. Belle efficacité et réactif, super.

Il manque de la lumière dans le living des qu'il fait sombre le soir et aussi de la lumière au dessus de la taque de cuisson et cuisine car mal éclairé. Il faudrait un peu plus d'assiettes et de couverts car 10 c'est très peu pour une villa de 8. Il manque une cruche à eau

Einige Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden könnten :) Rezeption erst ab 16 Uhr besetzt, vorher kein vor ab Check in möglich. Zu wenig Klopapier für angegeben Personen und Tage. Keine Info das dies nicht vorhanden ist Seifenspender war leider nicht befüllt Abstellkammer im oberen Raum leer, hier wäre ein Kleiderschrank eine gute Lösung, da es keine Möglichkeiten gibt um Kleidung auszuhängen Keine Haken oder Ähnliches im Zimmer

Alles bestens- jederzeit eine Empfehlung

Sehr schön ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Schrank pro Zimmer wäre noch gut aber auf Grund der kleinen Zimmer ist es schwierig machbar. Das Platzangebot in den Zimmern ist nicht üppig aber locker ausreichend. Die Kombi Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer ist perfekt. Dort ist ausreichend Platz für 6-8 Personen. Schöne angenehme ruhige Lage. Zum Strand etwas weit, aber mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem. Schöne große Terrasse. Alles bestens. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Heerlijk verblijf nabij strand

De ligging, de ruime opzet en de gezellige aankleding. Goede bedden en het is er lekker rustig. Het huisje is erg mooi. Het heeft een leuke tuin met tuinset. Je kunt naar het strand lopen (1.7 km).

Het huisje heeft een sauna maar er is geen gebruiksaanwijzing. Het heeft een kachel maar geen hout. Het heeft een mooie keuken, maar geen olie, zout e peper. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben, hadden er wel wat basis producten in het huisje mogen liggen, zoals de bovenstaande artikelen, genoeg zeep, shampoo en wc-papier.

Die Niederlande sind immer schön.

Wir hatten Fahrräder gemietet, damit war alles gut zu erreichen. Der Strand ist schön, Lokale vorhanden. Supermarkt war auch gut zu erreichen. Das Haus hat eine Sauna, damit hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet. Außerdem war die Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Helaas mijn recensie aan moeten passen van positief naar negatief na onnodig hoge kosten omdat er een brandgaatje in de tuintafel is komen tijdens ons verblijf. Dit netjes aangegeven en toen was het "kan gebeuren daar is een tafel voor" hierna sturen ze je een factuur door van een achterlijk dure tafel welke niet eens lijkt op de tafel die bij onze accommodatie stond en krijg je je borg niet terug!!!!! Oplichters.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In jedem Schlafraum war ein großer Ventilator vorhanden, was geholfen hat die Wärme heraus zu bekommen. Bei Ankunft gab es ein kleines Paket mit Toilettenpapier, Küchenutensilien und Kaffee.

Zu Fuß leider weit zum Strand. Das Wetter, der Strand und Leiden haben das

Parkplatz vor der Tür. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut.

Fluglärm, Nachbar mit kläffendem Hund, kein Kleiderschrank, keine Bügel, kaum Aufhängemöglichkeiten, Terrasse unsauber, lauter, unrund laufender Lüftungsmotor im Schlafzimmer, loser Toilettensitz, verstopfter Abfluss an einem Waschbecken.

Super Lage, wenn alle sich an die Regeln hielten sehr ruhig. Nah zum Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden.

Fenster liessen sich nur Kippen. Dadurch war effizientes Lüften am Abend nicht möglich und es blieb sehr heiss über Nacht in den Räumen.

Die Unterkunft war sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch sehr gut zu erreichen. Durch das nette Telefonat wurde auch für unsere sehr späte Ankunft eine Lösung gefunden.

modern aber recht hochpreisig, ohne vollständige Endreinigung

Das Haus ist modern & funktional eingerichtet, Ein- und Auschecken ist gut organisiert, gleiches gilt für Hausutensilien.

Bei einem relativ hohen Mietpreis hat das Abziehen der Betten am Ende des Urlaubes Jugendherbergscharakter (diese wäre aber signifikant preiswerter!). Noch unsympathischer ist, dass das beim letzten Frühstück benutzte Geschirr nicht in der angeschalteten Spülmaschine hinterlassen werden darf! Man muss die Zeit für den letzten Spülmaschinengang + Einräumen in die Schränke einkalkulieren; so lange dauert aber kein Autobeladen! Dieser Service des Geschirrmaschineausräumens sollte im Mietpreis inbegriffen sein., ebenso wie das Fegens des Hauses!
