Excellent location and our private room with bathroom was big, clean and very nice. It was also quiet.
The common areas felt like a remodeled office space. We didn’t see any staff. For travellers wanting to meet others it’s not ideal.

The location was amazing! And the room was very cozy with beautiful views!
The AC didn’t cool down the room. So it was very hot .

Bathrooms, room etc were clean. Great location.
We were asked to send identification details to a 'no reply' email, or using the app, which doesn't work. This then meant we hadn't been provided the key safe code and had to phone, phone again, all of which took a while (after a day hiking in the mountains). Then the room had only the double bed prepared (as we booked for two), despite being a triple. It should have been obvious we needed two beds or we'd have booked a twin.
