The property was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was wonderful, with clear and thoughtful communication throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with a great variety of options. We especially appreciated that they prepared breakfast early one morning, just for us since we had to leave ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

The host was genuinely nice and tried to do everything in his power to improve our experience (like ordering pizza etc). The breakfast was nice, I liked the selection, and the coffee was amazing in my opinion.
> The nearby restaurant is not managed by the property and only opens for groups / events. The listing saying the property HAS a restaurant is VERY misleading. I was planning chilled evenings with dinner at the property after exploring the region. By the time I tried to make a first reservation the response was "we don't manage the restaurant" - and by that time, it was already too late to cancel for free and find something else. In my opinion, the listing should be clear about this.
> There are a few annoyances like being unable to sleep in the morning with the noise coming from the breakfast area (inside the property) ; swimming pool was not being maintained, and the area had overgrown vegetation (probably because it was late april / "low season"), so limited options to chill and enjoy the views.
Conclusion: We spent the entire day out and only returned to sleep (after eating out), because there was not much else to do.
