Beautiful apartments in a complex with communal pool, consisting of a renovated farmhouse with barn, 2 km from Larciano (in the province of Pistoia). The apartments have a private entrance and outdoor area for outdoor dining. You are here in a place of great atmosphere, in hillside among olive trees and with beautiful panoramic pool. The farm offers guided tours in the farm, a small restaurant, visit to a mill and sale of oil, wine and honey from its own production. Excursions: Beautiful Pistoia, with its charming Piazza Duomo with ancient bell tower, is about 17 km away. In the same square are the Cathedral, the Town Hall, the Baptistery, behind which is a picturesque little marketplace. To Lucca with its imposing city walls, beautiful churches and squares, such as the famous Amphitheater Square, it is 40 km. Lucca also hosts two events of great importance every year, the Lucca Summer Festival with concerts by internationally known singers and the Lucca Comics, a must for fantasy fans. The beautiful city of Pisa with the picturesque Piazza dei Miracoli with the Duomo, the Baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower is about 55 km away. Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten sind gut. Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten (Strom,Gas) wurde versucht willkürlich zu gestalten. Da meinerseits Fotos des Stromzählers gemacht wurden, könnte ich den Verbrauch nachweisen (der anfangs geforderte Betrag war deutlich zu hoch). Ähnlich war der Gasverbrauch (ohne Heizung, nur 1Person) anfangs zu hoch vom Vermieter taxiert worden (es war Verhandlungssache dies zu relativieren). Internetverbindung ist nur in der Nähe des Ristorante (nicht in der Wohnung möglich). Der Vermieter hat aber zuvorkommend weitergeholfen, und die Verbindung - am Ristorante - ermöglicht.

PS: Swimmingpool würde Anfang Mai befuellt, war nutzbar und machte einen guten Eindruck.
