Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Martina was exceptionally friendly and helpful - she made sure everything ran smoothly and was always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The location was great too, close to everything needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!
The WiFi in the room was quite slow but faster in the common areas.

The room was very comfortable with good quality bed linen, the location central with all shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent!
The noise level in the evening was higher than I would like. This was due to people arriving, climbing the wooden staircase which was near our room and also banging windows and doors shut.

Good location. They can help book activities.
Layout very confusing - like a labyrinth. Parking garage very cramped. Wi-fi slow. They serve breakfast for only 2 hours. Checkout was very slow; would be much simpler to just pay via Booking.com.

Close to main center
Rooms smelt funny, felt run down, sticky … needed a refresh. Bfast also a bit ordinary.
