    Excellent location right on the beach, we really enjoyed the Service, staff is excellent and really take good care of you. our room had a sea view. we loved the hotel

    Let them offer the rooms as advertised. Room 100 is no where near the luxury apartments advertised, it doesn't even have a balcony. I rejected it and I was relocated to room 202 which matched the advert of the luxury apartment room

    Ideally located next to beach. Elevator was out the entire duration of stay. Internet went out the last day I was there. Staff and management friendly attentive. Breakfast nice.

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The location is definitely a plus, it is conveniently close to everything, making it easy to get around. The reception area and rooms were clean and well-kept. However, the overall cleanliness in other areas needs improvement. The corridors were not cleaned properly, and in the dining hall, staff often cleared cutlery without wiping or sanitizing the tables, which was disappointing. Another major issue was that the lift was not working during my stay, and I was placed on the 4th floor. We were never informed about this beforehand . I only found out upon arrival, which was quite inconvenient. The dining hall staff could also use some training in customer service. They were not friendly, rarely smiled, and didn’t seem attentive to guests’ needs at some point she took out the cutlery from my table while seated and eating without even asking and gave it to other guests. I felt like I was not seen which irritated me Overall, while the hotel’s location and room cleanliness were good, the poor service, lack of communication, and maintenance issues made my stay less enjoyable.
