1. The staff were super friendly throughout our stay. 2. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from an airport bus stop. 3. The hotel provides a bus stop drop off service, which helped us get to the airport quicker after checkout. 4. The hotel provides free tea and coffee in the restaurant outside of breakfast hours. 5. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and downtown Seogwipo while also being quiet. Additionally, there's a convience store 2 minutes away. 6. There are pleasant views from the 5th floor.

1. The duvet and pillows were stained upon arrival. The excuse given was that the external cleaning company couldn't remove the stains but that the duvet and pillows were clean. Personally, if I couldn't remove the stains I'd simply discard the stained items rather than relying on guests to not see the stains. 2. The hotel didn't respond to my Booking.com message asking for advice travelling to the hotel. This is poor as Naver Maps recommended a 25 minute walk when a bus stop was avaliable 3 minutes away! Luckily my partner has a Korean number and was able to call the hotel directly for assistance. Most tourists won't have that luxury. 3. The breakfast was mediocre and at 20,000 Won each it is overpriced for the quality offered. We only had it once during our stay. 4. While I like the location it's quite a drive from major attractions like Aqua Planet, Sex and Health Museum, Folk Village and April 3rd Memorial, even by car. 5. The wifi is unsecured so use a VPN.

Had a wonderful stay at Park Jeju .. the staff were excellent very kind a sweet. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Some construction going on but didnt bother me at all. Breakfast was plentiful and they offer free tea and coffee throughout the day with books and games should you wish to sit somewhere quiet. Some excellent places locally to eat and drink and close to some main tourist spots. No complaints at all

Although we didn’t have a car, the location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere. There’s a CU convenience store just a minute away, and lovely cafés only a couple of minutes’ walk in either direction — especially Blossom, a new café serving delicious coffee. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby. The main town is just a 15-minute walk away and has everything you could need, from the Olle Market and street food stalls to numerous restaurants, shops, and gift stores. The harbour, waterfalls, Olle trails, and many other attractions are all within a 20-minute walk. The hotel itself was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and complimentary bottled water was provided each day. We were extremely happy with our stay — the list of positives is endless! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

Bathroom was very small and needs updating but would not let that stop me from returning
