Check-in was a complicated process as there was no one on site and you had to call them but not everyone has a Korean phone number. Ended up solving the issue by using the reception phone to call the number. Room was decently sized and clean. Room smelled a bit musky when we got there but was ok once aired out. Walkable to the falls, is a quiet neighbourhood.

Actually I really like the hotel it was so good and quiet and location is really nice and my room view was amazing. I am highly recommended this place for you to stay in while you’re trying to explore the south of jeju

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days during our trip. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which can be a positive point for travelers looking to relax away from crowded places. The room itself was decent and generally comfortable for a short stay. However, the overall experience felt somewhat unusual due to the complete absence of on-site staff. The check-in process may also be difficult for many guests, as you may need to make a phone call upon arrival to receive instructions. In addition, the hotel restaurant was not operating during our stay. Amenities were quite limited, as the room only provided shampoo and body wash, with no toothbrush or toothpaste available. Because there are no staff members present and the hotel is located in a rather isolated area, some guests may feel slightly uncomfortable or uncertain at first, especially when arriving at night or for the first time.
