Cleaning toilet needs improvement and lacks variety on breakfast and serves instant coffee (?)

We liked how modern and stylish the hotel decor was. The aircon was strong. It had a mini pool. It had indoor rock climbing.

Nothing.

The location is cool as it is near local spots. It's a little harder to walk around, but I had amazing food across the street in an outdoor restaurant behind the 7-Eleven. The room was fairly clean, maybe not perfect, but the bed was comfortable and the shower had really good water pressure.

The place is a little run-down so maybe it needs some TLC.

The AC was so noisy and the room so bright, no curtains, impossible to sleep. A hotel main promise is to let people sleep. Here you will not sleep. The location is very bad, far from transportations so you must pay taxi all the time. The laundry is very expensive, they make you pay 30THB per PIECE of clothe, not even per KG or anything which is very unusual. If you have 30 pieces you will pay 900THB! Just go to an external laundry next to it, you'll pay not even 100THB.
