    I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Livotel Hotel Hua Mak Bangkok. The room conditions were far below acceptable standards and did not match the expectations created by the listing. From the first night, we experienced serious cleanliness and maintenance issues: excessive humidity in the bathroom, visible mould around the sink and fixtures, insects inside the shower area, dirty floors, and large openings in the ceiling that we had to cover ourselves. We immediately reported these problems to reception and requested another room, but our request was refused. We were told that other rooms had similar issues and that no alternative was available, leaving us with no choice but to stay in unacceptable conditions for the entire 4-night reservation. This was not about comfort or personal preference it was a clear hygiene and maintenance problem. The hotel urgently needs better cleaning standards, proper maintenance, and improved guest care. I strongly recommend future guests to think carefully before booking this property.
