Very nice apartment in a very good location

Nice and confy appartament, well equipped, nice garden, 2 bicycles available if you want to use them, and in a very good location (walking distance to the beach and to the city centre). The appointment manager was very kind and helpful.

Exceptional

Nice apartment with small private garden , really nice if you want to eat outside or have small children that can play there . Beach is close, really appreciated the bicycles that were provided ! :) Mosquitos are problem in Caorle in general so be prepared for that . However the apartment was equipped with nets against mosquitos :)

I would suggest mosquito nets to be door like and not shutter like - some of us were going out and inside a lot and it would be painfull to drag the net up each time :)

Das richtige Quartier auch im Winter

Wir waren im Jänner für drei Tage in Caorle und hatten Angst, dass es vielleicht kalt ist im Haus! Die Sorge war völlig unbegründet. Es war in jedem Raum ein Heizkörper und so war es kuschelig warm! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es gibt im Wohn- und im Schlafzimmer einen Fernseher und auf der Terrasse gab es 2 Fahrräder mit Kindersitz zur freien Verfügung! Durch die Balken vor den Fenstern können die Räume komplett abgedunkelt werden! Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Duschaufhängung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste ausgetauscht werden!

Ottimo appartamento per famiglie

Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ubicato vicino al centro, al supermercato, al Luna Park, al parco giochi per bambini e aerea cani, insomma, è ideale per le famiglie.

I cuscini sono vissuti e quindi molto scomodi e alcune piastrelle nel giardino sono rotte e rialzate, molto pericolose per i bambini.

Udoben in razkosen apartma, a z motečim hrupom

Notranjost apartmaja, lokacija.

Obvescanje glede trenutnega stanja apartmaja. Ob rezervaciji apartmaja ni bilo napisanega nicesar, da je zgradba v kateri je apartma v fazi adaptacije. Tudi vecina slik je prikazovala zgradbo brez delovnih odrov. Le ena slika z odri, pri tem pa nobenega obvestila v opisu. Poleg tega v tuš kabini komaj teče voda. Prvo jutro po noči so pričeli z vrtanjem balkona pod nasim apartmajem. Nedopustno s strani lastnika apartmaja!

Top Lage. Eigener Parkplatz. Eigener Garten und sogar 2 Fahrräder mit Kindersitzen.

Die Dusche ist sauber, aber der Duschkopf bzw. das Gestänge sind in erbärmlichem Zustand.

Top Lage. Strand sowieso Stadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ebenso zu Fuß erreichbar war der Markt, was uns auch sehr gefreut hat. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft inkludiert- TOP!!

Die Unterkunft war leider alles andere als Sauber. Auf dem Boden lag überall Staub und Dreck (wurde anscheinend nicht gestaubsaugt). Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr veraltet und halb kaputt - ebenso extrem unbequem darauf zu schlafen. 15€ pro Person extra verrechnet worden für Bettwäsche+ Handtücher - wobei dann ein "Set" gefehlt obwohl dafür bezahlt wurde. Und wenn ich schon 15€ extra zahlen muss für die Bettwäsche dann gehe ich auch davon aus, dass die Betten bezogen sind - war NICHT so, mussten uns nach Ankunft selbst darum kümmern.
